The South Windsor Jaycees Foundation has been monitoring the current situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been and will continue to review updates to Governor Ned Lamont Executive Orders, recommendations from the CDC and discussions with local and state health agencies. The Jaycees spend the better part of the year planning to provide an awesome event for the public to enjoy, while supporting many small businesses and giving non-profits and organizations an opportunity to raise funds. With that being said we considering the safety of our patrons, volunteers, vendors and all other fair participants our highest priority. However, as Wapping Fair is not scheduled to open for almost 4 months (Thursday, September 10, 2020) we believe making a decision to not open at this time would be premature. The Wapping Fair is a long standing tradition in South Windsor and with the current situation changing day to day and phase one reopening taking place shortly we want to delay any decision to see the impact these changes have on the restrictions and guidelines in place. Open during all fair hours

A great way to advertise your local business. More than 75 companies participate in the fair. With more than 15,000 fairgoers each year, your company has the opportunity to sell products, gather referrals for potential customers, give away samples or simply distribute business cards.

Choose from three locations:

Inside - Main Gate   (Just inside the main gate, so all attendees will pass by your booth on their way in and out of the fairgrounds)

You are located in our commercial tent with plenty of lighting provided. $400.00 for all 4 days for 10' by 10' space. 

Best space on the fairgrounds. 

Inside - Tent is centrally located on the fairgrounds

You are located in our 3600 square foot commercial tent with plenty of lighting provided. $175.00 for all 4 days for 10' by 10' space. 

Outdoor  

Spots are 10' by 10' and are available for only $125.00, or $100.00 for non-profits, for all four days.  Our commercial section is located between our main stage and our doodlebug ring, so you are right in the middle of our entertainment. 

Special 2 Day Outdoor Space: $100.00, or $75.00 for non-profits. Must be either Thursday & Friday or Saturday & Sunday. 

All booths include:

  • Limited number of vendor passes
  • One electrical outlet

Fair restricts duplication of items. Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

All applications must be received 4 weeks before the fair starts.
